Andrew explained that immersing a guest in a multi-sensory experience is a powerful tool in real estate.
“It’s really just engaging another one of your senses. Shops and other businesses make sure it’s not too hot or too cold, or that there’s really nice music playing — smell is a logical link,” he said.
